Acceptable Use Policy

Cloud accounts purchased from Cloud Accounts must be used lawfully and in line with each provider's terms. This policy describes what is and isn't permitted.

1. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use any account you purchase. Each cloud provider has its own terms of service, and your workloads must comply with them as well as with all applicable laws.

2. Permitted Use

  • Hosting websites, applications, and APIs.
  • Running development, staging, and testing environments.
  • AI/ML training and inference, data processing, and analytics.
  • Legitimate transactional and business email (on port-open accounts).
  • Any lawful compute workload allowed by the provider's terms.

3. Prohibited Use

  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
  • Fraud, phishing, credential theft, or any deceptive activity.
  • Hosting or distributing illegal content or malware.
  • Denial-of-service attacks or network abuse.
  • Cryptocurrency mining where the provider prohibits it.
  • Any activity that violates applicable law or the provider's terms.

4. Consequences

Accounts used for prohibited activities may be suspended or terminated by the cloud provider. Such suspensions are not covered by our replacement guarantee, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who misuses our products.
