2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Orders & Delivery
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are stated on each product and are typically 30 minutes to 12 hours depending on the provider and tier. Credentials are delivered through a secure channel. If your order has not arrived within the stated window, contact support promptly.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept cryptocurrency and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any network or transaction fees. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price paid.
5. Replacement Guarantee
Accounts marked with a replacement guarantee are covered for the stated period (typically 7 days) if they stop working through no fault of your own. The guarantee does not cover accounts suspended due to your usage violating a provider's terms. See our Refund & Replacement Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use purchased accounts lawfully and in compliance with each cloud provider's terms of service. Prohibited activities — including spam, fraud, and hosting illegal content — are your sole responsibility and are not covered by any guarantee. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party cloud platform. Your use of any account and any workloads you run on it are your responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Accounts's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance.
